Here are our favorite tasty drinks that will help you boost your energy and quit coffee
Let’s face it, drinking coffee in the morning is one of the best ways to start the day.
But last year I decided to change up my diet a bit. The first thing I wanted to get rid of was my coffee addiction. I am definitely a coffee lover! Like having a coffee in the morning is my thing. I love all types of coffee, especially the strong ones, but nothing beats a good espresso-based late for me. But my love for coffee was getting out of hand, I would 2 sometimes 3 cups per day.
And let’s face it if you are gonna be drinking that much coffee you better have that espresso money.
On top of that having latte’s daily can be pretty pricey, drinking too much coffee comes with a downside. The crash! Too much coffee can cause you to become jittery and tired which is never good when you’re super busy. So I began to look for alternatives to my daily habit to help boost my energy. It was really easy to find teas as an alternative to coffee. But finding the right tea, the type that would give a great buzz and taste great was hard. After trying out a few, I was able to find a few I really enjoy.
